Through the software you can create customized, branded online courses that include all kinds of multimedia content. Litmos LMS lets you create all manner of online SCORM certified content, including quizzes, videos libraries, and surveys. You can upload PowerPoint and Keynote presentations along with any kind of file: MP3, PDF, Excel etc. You can also create certificates to be allocated upon course completion. Through learner profiles and unique logins, you can view the complete training history of each learner and a live user activity feed. You can then assign training individually or in bulk to an entire team or group within a department. You can also schedule and allow users to register for Instructor Led Training (ILT) for a blended learning experience.

Litmos provides a number of tools for two-way communication among learners and training providers. These include course feedback messages, in-app group bulk messaging, email integration, and automated notifications triggered by certain training activities such as assessment completion. The LMS app also comes with a range of tracking, reporting and analytics tools. You can track training event attendance, get a real-time overview of all training activity, and generate learner progress reports, as well as team-based reporting.
